The screen shot below shows a typical 3dOP Pro display after a photometric file has been loaded and positioned:

The screen is divided into six functional sections, plus the File and Help drop-down menus at the top of the screen.

The area of visualization displays the three dimensional graphical data including the grid, the fixture(s), and light levels. This area can be manipulated by the user using the Transforms menu grouping in the top right hand corner. The X and Y planes can be rotated and translated, and the display scale can be increased to zoom into the display.

The TABS area is a series of tab selectable functions located in the bottom left of the display. The IES scrollable textbox shown displays the IES file loaded for active fixture. The other tabs are described in other sections but include controls and settings for darksky, photo, statistics, project, and display features.

The Fixture and Group section in the lower right of the display provides controls for each fixture(s) (via selectable tab) represented as a green (active) or blue square in the area of visualization. The active fixture, i.e. the one currently being manipulated, is represented by a green square. Each fixture can be independently positioned and rotated on each axis of the grid. Additional features include color control, light loss factor setting per fixture, lamp lumen adjustment, and group association. The Group tab allows groups of fixtures to be associated with each other allowing selective display and synchronized movement.

The Light menu, located on the middle right, controls the the number and value light levels displayed in footcandles or lx.

The Grid menu, located at the bottom middle, controls the type of grid selected and the scale of the grid selected.
