To output or export a pdf of the lighting design, select File, then Export, and then PDF as shown below:

The Save PDF File window (MAC shown) will appear on your desktop:

Select the directory to save the pdf file and give it a name. When the Save button is depressed the file will be saved in the desired location. 3dOP Pro will also attempt to open the pdf with the default pdf application on the user's computer. Preview is called on the Mac and if a program such as Adobe Reader is loaded on the a PC and set to the default pdf application, it will open the file as shown below:
