The "Project" and top "Notes" input fields allow the user to set a project name and notes that will be displayed in all reports and exported output.

The bottom three fields "Catalog#," "Lamp#," and "Notes," change with the active fixture and initially show information from the photometric file. If another manufacturers lamp is used the user can change the description, likewise the catalog description can be changed if required.
