The Report functions are located in the report group of menu items in the "File" menu. When 3dOP Pro is first opened no reports are available. Once one or more ies files are loaded the "Reports..." selection will become available. Note that every report may not be applicable to every ies file. To access a report select "File", then "Reports...", then one of the four available reports as shown below:

Upon selection of the "Project" report the report viewer window will appear on your desktop:

Notice how the top two lines are user set from the "Project" TAB at the bottom left of the previous screen. The report data for each fixture loaded into 3dOP Pro is displayed in spreadsheet like columns. The left most column contains the data labels for each row.

Three output options are available to the user. The report data can be output in postscript, pdf, or CSV format. The CSV format can be used to load the data into a spreadsheet in comma separated value format. Typical pdf output as a result of selecting "Save PDF" is shown below:

The user can turn individual report items on and off and change the order of display. First select the "Setup" button on the report output window above and the Project Report Setup window will appear as shown below:

To remove an item from the report display and output, first select the row that it is on. The "Blue" color setting is selected below. Then use the "On/Off" button to toggle the "Active" column setting between on and off. The example below shows the three color settings turned off, as they are not used in this project.

To change the order an item is displayed in the report, first select the row that it is on. The "RotZ (deg)" item is selected below. Then use either the "Promote" or "Demote" button to move the item up or down in the report. The example below shows the three rotate data items have been promoted above the X,Y,Z position data items.

Select the "Ok" button when all the desired changes have been made. The report window will be updated as shown below:
